Setting up Sounds and Alerts

The Sounds and Alerts Setup is used to add, remove or change the audio and popup alerts that you receive. You can customize alerts for:

To get started, go to the "Setup" menu and select "Sounds and Alerts", this will open the Sounds and Alerts Setup.

Line Change Alerts

Line Change alerts will play an audio alert for every line change received from any of the sportsbooks and sports that you have selected. To customize your Line Change alerts:

1. Click the "Line Changes" tab.
2. To use the same settings for all sports, click "All Sports".
3. To use individual settings for a sport or sports group, select the sport or sports group and then click the "Enable individual settings" checkbox. Note: Sports with individual settings will be listed in bold.
4. To add the sportsbooks that you want to hear alerts from, click on the sportsbook name and then click the "Add->" button. You can also double click the sportsbooks name to add it. Repeat for each sportsbook that you want to hear alerts from.
5. Check the "Play Line Change audio alert" checkbox.
6. To use the default sound, leave the "Use default sound" option selected. To use a different audio file, select the "Chose audio file" option and then use the "Browse" button to select a sound.
7. Click the "Apply" button.

Critical Notices, Lineups, Umpires/Officials and Steam Plays Alerts

The following instructions apply to Critical Notices, Lineups, Umpires/Officials and Steam Plays.

1. Select the tab for the alert you want to setup.
2. To use the same settings for all sports, click "All Sports".
3. To use individual settings for a sport or sports group, select the sport or sports group and then click the "Enable individual settings" checkbox. Note: Sports with individual settings will be listed in bold.
4. Set the options:
   1. To receive a popup message, check the "Display popup alert" checkbox.
   2. To receive an audio alert, check the "Play audio alert" checkbox.
   3. To use the default sound, leave the "Use default sound" option selected. To use a different audio file, select the "Chose audio file" option and then use the "Browse" button to select a sound.
   4. To receive an email, check the "Email alert" checkbox. Note: The alert will be emailed to the email address entered on the "Email" tab.
5. Click "Apply" or "Save"

Finals Alerts

To receive alerts for Finals.

1. Select the tab for the alert you want to setup.
2. To use the same settings for all sports, click "All Sports".
3. To use individual settings for a sport or sports group, select the sport or sports group and then click the "Enable individual settings" checkbox. Note: Sports with individual settings will be listed in bold.
4. Set the options:
   1. To receive a popup message, check the "Display Finals popup alert" checkbox.
   2. To receive an audio alert, check the "Play Finals audio alert" checkbox.
   3. To use the default sound, leave the "Use default sound" option selected. To use a different audio file, select the "Chose audio file" option and then use the "Browse" button to select a sound.
   4. To receive an email, check the "Email Finals alert" checkbox. Note: The alert will be emailed to the email address entered on the "Email" tab.
5. Set the Alert options:
   1. To have Final alerts open in a separate window from all other alerts, check the "Display Finals alerts in separate window" checkbox.
   2. Choose the "Newest on top" or "Oldest on top" option. When the Oldest on top option is selected, new Final alerts will open behind currently displayed Final alerts.
   3. Click "Apply" or "Save".

Pitching Changes Alerts

To receive alerts for pitching changes:

1. Click the "Pitching Changes" tab.
2. Set the options for Pitching Changes and Overnight Pitching Changes:
   1. To receive a popup message, check the "Display popup alert" checkbox.
   2. To receive an audio alert, check the "Play audio alert" checkbox.
   3. To use the default sound, leave the "Use default sound" option selected. To use a different audio file, select the "Chose audio file" option and then use the "Browse" button to select a sound.
   4. To receive an email, check the "Email alert" checkbox. Note: The alert will be emailed to the email address entered on the "Email" tab.
3. Click "Apply" or "Save"

Other

Click the "Other" tab to set the options for Key Move alerts, Odds Watch Alerts and Middle Alerts.

Email

If you have selected to receive an email for any of the alerts, you will need to enter the email address on the Email tab.
